Naturdenkmale und geschützte Landschaftsbestandteile

Naturdenkmale sind Einzelschöpfungen der Natur, deren besonderer Schutz aus wissenschaftlichen, naturgeschichtlichen oder landeskundlichen Gründen oder wegen ihrer Seltenheit, Eigenart oder Schönheit erforderlich ist. Hier soll die Prüfung der Betroffenheit in Genehmigungsverfahren unterstützt werden; ebenso soll die allgemeine Auskunft über Standorte und Art der Denkmale erfolgen. Grundlage für die durch Naturdenkmalsverordnungen der Stadt Bielefeld festgesetzten Naturdenkmale für den baurechtlichen Innenbereich ist der Geltungsbereich der Bebauungspläne nach § 30 BauGB sowie im Zusammenhang bekannte Ortsteile nach § 34 BauGB.
